Introduction About Ras-Malai

Ras-malai could be a prevalent Indian dessert begun from Bengal locale. Ras implies juice and malai means cream. Distinctive sorts of  Ras-malai can be found in several regions. This dazzling sweet dish is ready using delicate new cheese called chhena. It is very popular in whole Asia specially India and Pakistan. Delicate & springy Ras-malai is liked in all over the Pakistan. It makes in Pakistan on every cultural event like, Eid, Independence Day etc. It is a sweet dish.


  • 1 liter – Milk
  • ½ cup – Sugar
  • 6 -7 Cardamom (crushed)
  • 1 cup – Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon – All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon – Baking Powder
  • ½ tablespoon – Cardamom Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon – Ghee
  • 3 – Eggs

For Sugar Syrup:

  • 1 liter – Milk
  • ½ cup – Sugar

Steps for making

  • Take a frying pan and heated it.
  • Add milk in it.
  • Then add sugar and Cardamom.
  • Mix and cook until sugar is dissolved (time approximately 5-6 min on medium flame)
  • Take a bowl then add dry milk powder, all-purpose flour and baking powder then mix it well after that add cardamom seeds and ghee then mix it again.
  • Then Break 3 eggs and add in it.
  • Gradually add egg and knead dough and mix it well.
  • Then make a big ball of this and take it in refrigerator (Time: 5-8 minutes).
  • After get out from refrigerator make small balls (approx. 7-8 balls made).
  • Then add into the heated milk.
  • Cover it and cook on low flame.
  • Let it cool.
  • It is ready to eat.
  • Now you can serve it in front of guests, homies etc.
