Tawa is actually the piece of metal that is commonly used to fry the chapati or naan or chicken or any meat. This is the grilled shape of iron or metal which is when heated over the coal give you a very satisfying aroma of the dish.
Lamb chops as a traditional and spiciest food, covered with spices and cooked on a grill. This dish is originated from Peshawar which is the traditional city of Pakistan.
Qabili palao is one of the most famous dishes in Pakistan. It is prepared with the meat and rice full of spices. The meaning of this dish is actually divided into words, it originated from the word “ QABIL” in Urdu which has the meaning of surefooted.
This is a sweet dish/ dessert very famous in Pakistan. This dish is made on special occasions like Eid, shabrat and famous Islamic festivals where we have to celebrate the delight of joy by sweet dishes and sheer khurma is one of them.
This is a special dish served all around the world. Champ is actually what we chops in English and masala is used for gravy or curry.
Pakora is the delicious, tasty, crispy fried, and adorable chicken made by desi peoples. We can use this as an appetizer as well. This is the most loved snack for tea time.
Halwa finds its roots in the Arabic language and it is a very dense desserts. Originally halwa was either flour based or used various nuts with sugar, milk and butter to create a sweet nutty dessert. It is commonly believed that this kind of halwa was introduced to the settlers in India through trade with the Middle East and Asia Minor during the expansion of the Mughal Empire.
Hunting is like a tradition in Pakistan. Most of the hunter like to hunt the partridge because partridge is one of the tastiest hunting trend to hunt.
