Egypt – Kushari

The famous Egyptian food, Kashgari, is a traditional 19th-century food. At the end of each month, some families are happy, with very few hearts. After all, it has become the stuff of the streets over the years. Sweet dishes are cooked in tomato sauce made from rice, pepper, pasta, and cardboard.

Koshari is the best food in Egypt. Kashmir is a credible carbon festival featuring cumin-scented jojoba and rice sauce, spices, dried ketchup, vinegar, and minced onions. For Koshari

  • lentils

For Tomato Sauce

  • tomato
  • onion
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • vinegar

  • Dip the lentils overnight in the water.
  • boiled the lentils with a pinch of salt until it start tendering.
  • Also soak the rice in water for about 20 minutes.
  • Combine the lentils and rice in the pan and add all the other spices in it.
  • boiled the pasta and add into it.
  • sum up all the sauces and vegetables.
