Hong Kong (China) – Snake Soup

The first thing that you have to know is about the healthiness of the dish because it seems that it is a very difficult cuisine to eat. Snake soup is one of the healthiest food and soup in CHINA ( HONG KONG ). Snake soup is like sweet soup because of some ingredients that added to it. Snake soup is a very popular soup in CHINA. Everyone in Hong Kong wants to eat snake soup.

Snake soup is the soup which contains two type of SNAKES.

Snake soup is almost all around the world but not in Muslim countries. Snake soup is especially popular in CHINA, INDONESIA, VIETNAM, HONG KONG, and many more like these countries.

Chinese people thought that snake soup is a very nutritious soup that everyone should eat. It is true that a snake contains a lot of nutrition that every human body needs. Everybody needs more protein, so snakes have a large amount of protein in their meat.

Let’s move towards the meat of a snake, many questions raised in the mind of the people that how it tastes. So, snake meat is actually the same as chicken meat. Its taste is more delicious than that and has a large number of nutrients and its taste is also very tasty and delicious that you can’t deny eating this.


Snake’s meat is just like the meat of the chicken but it is more juicy and pinkish in color. Its taste is much chewable. Snake’s meat is full of nutrients and looks very delicious.

We can add ginger paste over it and maybe vinegar or lemon juice, so its aroma must be changed with it. Its taste is very salty


Snake soup was popular in China when the KING DYNASTY ends. It is popular because people think that it is the symbol of RESPECT, WEALTH, AND BRAVERY. The first store that sells snake soup is ” SNAKE KING LAM ” which is located in HONG KONG. Snake soup was popular from the 1980s in China but now snake soup is popular all around the country so it has many branches of snake soup.


Snake soup is very healthy to eat because it has many nutrients that everybody wants especially a large number of proteins and many more things like in the medical point of view, snake soup helps to prevent blood clotting and improves skin quality and increases the energy level of the normal body.


Snakes are edible but you have to keep it in your mind that you should cut off the snake’s head because it is poisonous and you should avoid this. You should cook a snake without a head.

Remove the skin of the snake by boiling it

chopped the onions, garlic and ginger into pieces.

Boiled the snake in the stove of the chicken.

boiled the noodles on the other hand and put this in the stock of the chicken with snake’s meat.
