Lady finger is the most local cuisine of Asian countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. This dish is delicious as well as healthy. Many people like this dish because of it’s good taste and it is healthy as well. Lady finger is also called as okra. Many people eat this dish in lunch. I suggest you to make this at home. I’m sure you’ll like this dish. Lady Finger is a vegetable and as you know that vegetables are healthy and tasty.

  • Lady finger ½ kg
  • Tomato 2 (chopped)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder ¼ tsp

Method To make

  1. Take a pan add oil , add lady finger
  2. Fry now add tomatoes, onion, green chilies cook until sauté.
  3. Now add salt, red chili flakes, turmeric, coriander powder
  4. Then cook for 5-10 minutes.
  5. You spicy lady fingers are ready to serve with hot roti.

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Serve : 3-4 persons
