Pakistan, India, Bangladeshi – Chili Bites

Good evening, Today i’m going to tells you about the most unique and delicious recipe of mine. Chili bites is the local cuisine of Pakistan, India and many countries of the world. This is a delicious as well as healthy dish because it contains chicken and cheddar cheese in it. Many people all over the world likes to eat delicious food and today I’ve come up with this beautiful delicious dish. It is simple to make and if you follow these steps given below it will surely help you making it. Many people like to eat this dish in lunch and even in dinner. I suggest you to make this dish at home.I’m sure you’ll like it.

Ingredient for tikka chicken

  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Tikka seasoning 1 tsp
  • Ingredients for creamy chicken:
  • Chicken cube cut 1 cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 10-12
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika ¼  tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup

Ingredients for cheesy dip

  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Chili sace 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for coating
  • Kurkure (crushed) as required
  • Flour as required
  • Egg (beaten) as required
  • Oil for frying

Directions for tikka chicken

  1. Take a pan add oil, and chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes or until chicken changes it colour.
  2. Then add tikka seasoning and cook for 5 to 6 minutes more.set aside.

Directions for creamy chicken

  1. Take a pen add some butter melt it add chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add milk, paprika, oregano, black pepper, add salt and mix well.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until it gets thicker
  4. Then you will add cream and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes until you get creamy texture.
  5. Your creamy chicken filling is ready, set aside.

Direction for cheesy dip

  1. In a pan add milk, ketchup, chili sauce and salt and mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Then add cheddar cheese ,mix well and cook until it gets thick.
  3. Your cheesy dip is ready .set aside.


  1. Now take a chopper and add kurkure and crush them well.
  2. After this take chili, place a cut in center and deseed them.
  3. Fill half of the chilies with tikka chicken filling and halg with chicken creamy filling .
  4. Take chilies , coat the flour , then dip in egg and coat in kurkure.
  5. Repeat thus procees , dip the chilies in egg and coat in crushed kurkure.
  6. Now fry chilies deeply for 2 minutes or until light golden brown.
  7. Serve with cheesy dip and enjoy.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes

Cooking time:25-30 minutes

Serving:5-6 persons
