Japan – Sakana No Nitsuke

This dish is a Japanese fish dish that is also called JAPANESE GRILLED FISH. This is cooked by grilling procedure. Nimono is the category of Japanese cuisine in which simmering dishes are placed. There are two main elements of the dish: fish and sauces, while others are also be added but according to the choice. This is a dish from the 19th Century and the invention of this dish is not known.

Japan – Yusheng

This is a very famous Japanese salad, made up of raw fish mixed with vegetables, and add seasonings and sauces to make it delicious. This dish has also a vegetarian version and the name is known as SOY FISH. This dish is said to be from Cantonese cuisine, after the invention this became part of Chinese cuisine and now Japanese cuisine.

Jiaozi is the Chinese form of dumplings that has the Japanese variation of Jiaozi is GYOZA. This is originated as traditional Chinese medicine. There are different names for the Gyoza of different countries and for different ingredients, the cooking method also.

This is a non-veg dish that is actually chicken, lamb, beef, or seafood meatballs. These are known as Japanese meatballs or Tsukune. There are different techniques used in making this amazing dish.

Japan – Donburi Meal, Unadon

Donburi is a dish consist of rice bowl topped with grilled marinated meat. There are many varieties if meal served in Donburi and known as donburi meal. Unadon is a donburi meal in which EEL (seafood) is served in the donburi bowl with rice. EEL is topped with soya sauce based caramelized sauce known as TARE.
