The United Kingdom, Italy – Pizza Without Oven

Pizza has become the most local cuisine here in the USA and UK and other European countries. The word pizza was first introduced in 997 A.D in central Italy and Gaeta. The most important thing in this dish is that I’ve made it without using any oven.

Italy – Pizza

Each country has its own specialty for making pizza that is why it is so popular. There are more than 3000 variations throughout the whole world. The word Pizza came into light first in the 10th century and it was found in a Latin manuscript in the town Gaeta in Lazio Italy. However this version of Pizza was not the one which we are used to eating nowadays. The modern day pizza was created in Naples in the 18th century.

United Kingdom – Eton Mess

Eton Mess is a traditional English dessert which is the combination of strawberries , meringues and whipped cream. What makes this dessert special is the amount of flavors it gives when combined with different elements of food. Eton Mess was originated in year 1930 when it was served in the schools sock shop. As being there for quite some time I can share my experience in loving and admiring this dessert.

Italy – Saltimbocca

Saltimbocca is an Italian classic dish which is basically chicken and prosciutto wrapped together and then cooked in a sauce of wine and garlic. Saltimbocca is an Italian word and its meaning in English is “jump to the mouth”. The origin of Saltimbocca is quite a mystery. This dish is one of the best looking dish as well and really if you want to spend your money well you should try this.

Italy – Tiramisu

Tiramisu is said to be the best dessert in all of Italy because of its beautiful textures and remarkable taste which sets the tone for the people. It is easy to make at home and more easy to enjoy afterwards. This dish is said to be made first in 1960 in the region of Veneto, a region in the North of Italy and has many cities inside it. Tiramisu is an Italian word which means “pick me up” or “cheer me up”. It is served at the end of the meal and is a way of cheering people up through its taste.

Buffalo Chicken wings are one of the famous and delicious cuisines of the European region. Marinate and coating are the most important phase of Buffalo chicken wings. Turkey – Delicious Yaprak Dolma (Rice filling Covered in A Vine Leaf)

This is one of the yummiest light lunch in Istanbul. The specialty of this dish is the vine leaf. The rice filling is so good and when it is covered in a vine leaf it enhances the flavor of rice. The other name of it is ” Yaprak Sarma” sarma means wrapped in English. This dish is part of Turkish Aegean cuisine.

Spain, United Kingdom, France – Delicious Creme Caramel Pudding

Cream Caramel is another type of delightfully sweet dessert. The word caramel means sugar syrup which is in dark brown and sometimes brown color after heated it well. The cuisine is a part of the European Region and includes the United Kingdom and Spain’s cuisine. There are many types of verities of cream caramel pudding or custard.

Turkey – Pide

Pide is the most famous and local cuisine of Turkey. This is a flatbread kind of dish which has the shape same as the shape of a boat, and it is baked in an oven. Pide was first made in the decade of 1850s.

France – Crispy Potato Puffs

Potato puff is a special dish famous in France. This dish is a type of Orleans food dish. Potato Puffs means a fried Potato that is crispy and delicious in taste. In the French language, this snack is also known as “Pommes de Terre soufflés”. It is invented in the 18th century by the French chef Jean-Louis-Francois Collinet.
