Nigeria – Meatzza

They say; “those who often cook, hardly have the appetite to enjoy their own food”. Lol. Never has there been a day, when I cook and don’t have the appetite to eat. This is because most at times when I get into the kitchen to prepare a particular meal, my mind must be made up already which even causes the secretion of saliva at times.

Nigeria – Ofada Rice

Ofada Rice is mostly consumed by Yoruba people from Nigeria, it is also called brown rice and is mostly known with the name in other worldly areas. Oyo tribe also prefer to prepare this cuisine because it is rich in food minerals than white rice.

Nigeria – Agidi Jollof

This sound like rice, but It is not. This is another Nigerian delicacy valued and prepared by the Nigerians. This meal is spectacular in nature because, it takes the combination of several ingredients you could hardly think of to come up with it.

Nigeria – Marugbo Soup

Marugbo Etawa soup is that which is eating by the Ondo people of the western part of Nigeria. This is soup traditional prepared with a combination of two leaves which are dried Marugbo leaf and dried Efirin leaf.

Nigeria – Jollof Rice

I am still writing on jollof rice, but this times, jollof rice prepared by the Nigerians. Sometimes, there is this competition on social media that, Nigerian Jollof rice is better than Cameroon Jollof rice. All I know is, all are delicious meals.

Nigeria, Cameroon – Ogbono Soup

Ogbono soup is a draw soup. It is often called swallow. This soup is a very delicious soup and it is valued in Cameroon and Nigeria. This is the meal where most people who consume it, lick their five fingers.

Nigeria – Turwo Shinkafa

Turwo shinkafa is a Nigerian cuisine, mostly eating by the Hausa tribe. This is made from non-parboiled rice. This is made from non-parboiled rice because, parboiled rice will give a different look or finishing.
