Hong Kong (China) – Beef Brisket

First of all, we have to discuss the ” BRISKET “. What actually brisket is? A brisket is a piece of meat that is from the breast of beef. There are nine cuts on the top of the Brisket. We can make the beef brisket in the oven. This unique beef brisket is very juicy and tasty to eat. Its aroma should be unique because the smoke of coal makes it a unique way. This meat is full of muscles and tendons, so it is difficult to cut it into pieces.

This smoked beef brisket just melts in your mouth so you have to make it soft and spicy. It is like the bar be Que dish but you have to make it in the oven. Spread different spices over it. If you are not a beef lover, you should try it for one time at least because this is very tasty and delicious in its own way. This is very expensive to eat, you should try the best one.

This dish is famous all around the world. This is the national cuisine of Hong Kong. So whenever you visit Hong Kong you should try this.

There are two parts of brisket

  • Flat
  • Point

The “FLAT” part of the brisket is the bottom of the brisket and the “POINT” part of the brisket is the top of the brisket. The top part of the brisket is much thick as compared to “flat”. We cut them into pieces because it is very juicy meat and needs more heat to cook. When we cut them into pieces, heat flows between both of their pieces. Both pieces should be cooked in equal time.

We need just few ingredients to make it, that is why this is so simple.


A brisket is the chest or breast piece of beef. There are almost 9 cuts over it. It is full of muscle and tendons, it is hard and difficult to cut this into many pieces. This is a huge piece of meat and very expensive as well.



  • Beef brisket
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic paste


  • First, you have to marinate the beef with such few ingredients.
  • Apply the paste of the ingredients over it and leave it for almost 5 to 6 hours to marinate.
  • This is so huge so it takes time.
  • Now cover the beef brisket with few layers of foil.
  • Leave it in the fridge, so it gonna be juicy.
  • Take out of the fridge before cooking for about 2 hours.
  • Now preheat the oven.
  • Now leave it in the oven for about 45 minutes.
  • After that, your beef brisket is ready.
