Senene are famous around bush places like Bugema where cultivation is a primary activity. Since senene are seasonal, it’s a tricky to get them easier anywhere in the world, instead people catch and make packages of fried senene that can stay for a longer time, many supermarkets do the same here in Uganda.
Legumes with rice and chicken is a local cuisine that is made of three different sectors of food so as to become one. This dish gives the taste of milky wine. This food is of the main meals that is being prepared during ceremonies such as marriages, birthdays and ceremonies that count a lot for people. Legumes with rice and chicken is mostly prepared in Yaounde, the city of cultural meetings and gatherings.
Shaki is a beautiful cuisine. Usually eating as appetizers. This appetizer is common in Nigeria and Cameroon.
Cabbage is very common in Cameroon and due to this fact, it is being prepared in so many different ways and styles. Sauté cabbage is fried cabbage which is prepared in a modern way and is either eaten with ripe plantains or unripe plantains. Santa in the North West region of Cameroon produces the highest quantity of cabbage in Cameroon.

Irio is a Kenyan dish originate from Kikuyu staple made of green peas and potatoes being mashed together to give a greenish color dough like, later corn is added to accomplish the cooking process.
This food is famous in nothern parts of Tanzania with Chagga tribe taking the lead followed by Pare tribe. It includes rice and beans as the main ingredients, various kinds of recipes like Cardamon, Garlic, Cirnamon and so many others, that do have thousands of functions in our bodies.

Burning chicken is very good and enjoyable as the process goes by. Still, the taste of burnt chicken taste more like burnt fowl of a bird. At times, some people prefer roasting chicken with all the feathers on it. They say when they roast chicken with their feathers, the taste of the chicken is higher and tastes more than roasting the chicken without their feathers. Others prefer roasting the chicken without their feathers. They enjoy it this way and manner. No matter how it is been done, what is important is that the chicken is being roasted. Roasting chicken is very common among the Batie inhabitants.
Opeutah green leaves vegetables is a type of vegetables that has a sweat and watery taste in the mouth. Opeutah is local village name coming from the West region of Cameroon which has the meaning of joy. This is why the name opeutah has been attributed to this green leaves because every time you eat of this vegetables, what is sure is that you will be joyfull.
