Cameroon – Red Oil and Groundnut Oil With Meat Mixture

Originally, the birth of this food took place as a result to compensate the shortage in supply in groundnut oil, so they had to bring in something else and special in the form of groundnut oil so that it will not be heavily felt. Red oil and Groundnut oil is cooked in the locality of Fiango in Kumba in the South West region of Cameroon.

This is a dish common to the Greek people or rather the Balkans of the east region. I prepared this dish here in Cameroon and I know how delicious it is.

Kaldereta is a special Philippines beef stew made with tomato sauce and liver paste. In Philippines it is like an everyday dish. When Spain took over the Philippines in the 1500s most of its people settled with the Filipinos, thereafter the people of Philippines learned this dish from the Spaniards and added their own twist in it. Kaldereta is an Spanish word which means cauldron. My recommendation is that, it is an incredible dish to eat and make I am telling the truth.

Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia – Curry Puff

Curry puff is the most wanted snack that they serve with tea in SINGAPORE and in MALAYSIA as well. This dish is also famous in Indonesia but with a different name. The compulsory ingredients are potatoes, onions, meat and eggs. Karipap pusing is another name of curry puff which is called in MALAYSIA and in SINGAPORE.
